DAVID CLAYTON
David H. Clayton has over 35 years of managerial experience in the aviation, security and crowd management industries. From 1993 to 1998 Mr. Clayton served as Vice President of ServiceMaster Aviation Services. David founded the Aviation Security Contractors Association (ASCA) and was the first aviation contractor to become a voting member of the Aviation Security Advisory Committee in Washington DC. (ASAC). David became Owner, President & CEO of Andy Frain in 1998. Under Dave’s leadership, Andy Frain Services has become a nationally recognized leader in the Security and Crowd Management Industries. Andy Frain ranks in the top 1% nationally of all contract security agencies, and under Dave’s leadership Andy Frain Services has a 97% customer retention rate for the past 15 years.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
LAURA GRUND
Laura Grund has more than 30 years of experience in the contract service, security and customer service industries. She has served as United Airlines’ Purchasing Agent for security services and as the Director of Administration and Quality Customer Service for ServiceMaster’s aviation security and passenger service division. Laura has developed and implemented numerous compliance, customer service improvement and quality assurance programs specific to the security industry. As a minority owner, Laura is responsible for Andy Frain’s nationwide training and development, management support, quality assurance and compliance programs.

DANE VONTOBEL
Dane Vontobel has nearly 25 years of experience in checkpoint security operations, special events and sales management. Dane has developed and implemented security and crowd management plans for major special events such as the U.S. Opens for both golf (USGA) and tennis (USTA) and has extensive experience designing, installing and operating checkpoint security systems. As a minority owner, Dane is responsible for Andy Frain’s nationwide business development, client retention and customer service initiatives.
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
JER RI PANEK
Jer Ri Panek is a seasoned finance professional with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years. She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Finance and joined Andy Frain Services in 2003. Over the years, Jer Ri has excelled in various roles within the company, showcasing her expertise in accounting and finance.
In January 2021, Jer Ri was promoted to the role of Vice-President of Finance at Andy Frain Services. In this capacity, she leads a talented team of individuals responsible for managing the financial activities of the company. Jer Ri plays a crucial role in analyzing data, providing financial reports to support company initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning.
Jer Ri’s contributions extend beyond finance. She collaborates closely with multiple departments within Andy Frain Services, including Operations, HR/Payroll, Compliance, Legal, and Technology. Her holistic approach ensures that financial considerations are integrated into various aspects of the company’s operations.
Outside of work, Jer Ri is also committed to her personal life. She has been happily married to her husband, Don, for 15 years and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends. Jer Ri’s dedication to both her professional and personal life exemplifies her well-rounded nature and commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
VICE PRESIDENT OF RETAIL
STANLEY PARTON
Stanley Parton has over 40 years of leadership experience,20 of which include commercial security and operations management. Stan has been a security director, regional vice president, and corporate security director for the nation’s second-largest developer. Stan leads Andy Frain Services’ Retail Division, managing 60 plus properties throughout the United States. As a retired United States military member, he has the training, skills, teamwork, and mentality that have made him a strong leader. Stan’s experience includes, but is not limited to, training, security compliance, loss prevention, project management, emergency operations, development of procedures and policies, and oversight of multiple locations nationally
VICE PRESIDENT OF SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT
BOBBY GLASER
Bobby Glaser has nearly 15 years experience working in sports & entertainment security and crowd management. His experience stretches nationwide across multiple venues participating in all major professional sports leagues. Bobby has developed and executed security and operation plans for numerous special events, including the 2015 Papal Visit in Philadelphia. As the Detroit Pistons Director of Security, Bobby lead the organization to four years of Tier 1 NBA security ratings. Bobby is a proud member of the National Center for Spectator Sport Safety and Security (NCS4) as well as the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM). He received his Certified Sport Security Professional (CSSP) through NCS4 in 2017. As Vice President of Andy Frain Services, Bobby is responsible for national business and operational strategies within the Sports & Entertainment division.
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
PATRICIA TONOFF
Patricia Tonoff has been an HR business partner of Andy Frain Services since 2007 and joined the company in 2014 as the Director of Human Resources. Patti is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, SPHR, and has 20+ years of business-based HR experience. As the Director of HR Patti is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and services Andy Frain’s most valuable asset – its workforce. She serves AFS in a leadership capacity and provides counsel and support to our leaders and management staff.
VICE PRESIDENT, SUPPORT SERVICES
DAVE FEITMAN
Dave Feltman worked 20 years in nonprofit organizations. The last 7 years, he was the Executive Director, responsible for 30 staff and 300+ volunteers. In addition to budget oversight, Dave administered social media platforms and was the IT administrator for the network, desktops, and laptops. Dave Feltman joined Andy Frain Services in 2016. As Project Manager, he helped start new business across the country, bringing training and systems to sites. Dave served 4 months at the 2017 U.S. Open Golf Championship in Wisconsin, hiring and training almost 850 employees. He has helped oversee several U.S. Opens afterwards, training new managers and office staff and keeping the project on course. As the V.P. of Support Services, helps with the development and implementation of technology for the company. Training our managers is a priority for AFS, which includes monthly training for all existing managers, and complete onboard training for new managers. The training of our employees is important, and keeping the material relevant to today’s needs is vital.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
JEFF MCCLAIN
Jeffrey McClain has 30 years of experience as a technology developer and administrator. He has served 10 years as CTO of Andy Frain Services. Jeffrey has successfully integrated numerous software and hardware solutions into Andy Frain’s product offering, often authoring software “bridges” between products, and wrote over 100 web-based applications, including AFS Management Mobile. Field Time Management and Redi-track Yard and Scanning systems. He is responsible for the day-to-day technical operations of Andy Frain. He manages a team of software developers for Prism eSolutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Andy Frain, which provides industry-specific audit, compliance, document management, incident management, reporting, and training applications in the educational, financial, government, healthcare, manufacturing, and service sectors.

STACEY ATKINS
Ms. Atkins joined Andy Frain Services in July 2019 and has been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years. As General Counsel for Andy Frain Services, Inc., Ms. Atkins advises ownership and C-Suite executives on all legal issues affecting the company, among them personal injury; contract; employment; local, state and national regulatory compliance; workers compensation; and general corporate matters. Ms. Atkins also oversees retained outside counsel across the country and in-house Workers Compensation and Auto Liability personnel.

PAUL HAMMOND
Paul Hammond has over 30 years of experience in leading, managing, and growing companies and programs across various security-related fields. His extensive background includes expertise in Security Operations, K9 Use & Deployment, Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Personnel Protection, and Risk Management. With 20 years of operational deployments to hostile environments worldwide, including in support of large government programs in Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan. As an Exceptional Security Leader and former British Military Elite Forces Soldier, Paul’s contributions to security have garnered global recognition, and he has been featured in various media and news outlets, as well as industry publications.

VINCE BOVE
Vincent Bove has worked in the security industry since 2007. He joined Andy Frain Services in 2014 and currently serves in the role of Vice President. His experience and background in the highly regulated aviation and transportation security markets has led to tremendous growth where Andy Frain Services has become an industry leader with operations at hundreds of transportation facilities throughout the United States.
Over the course of his career, Vincent has developed and implemented comprehensive security programs throughout the United States for both government and private facilities. He has worked extensively with some of the world’s leading security technology organizations planning and implementing security technology for the detection of weapons, explosives, narcotics, and other contraband.
He serves as the organizations “Subject Matter Expert” and administers national aviation security and cargo screening programs in compliance with federal regulatory programs (TSA, FAA, Customs and Border Protection, Airport Authorities) and proprietary client security and cargo screening programs. Security programs include the Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP), Certified Cargo Screening Program – Canine (CCSP-K9), Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program (IACSSP), Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP), Foreign Air Carrier Model Security Program (MSP), Standard Screening Procedures for Air Cargo (SSPAC), All Cargo International Security Program (ACISP), and Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations , Part 1500.
