TRAINING

Andy Frain provides security guards that are trained and capable and committed to providing superior customer service. We expect our employees to know their duties and how to do them promptly, correctly, pleasantly and safely. Therefore, we use a proven combination of facilitator (instructors tell, facilitators tell, show and involve) led courses, web based instruction and video instruction to ensure that our security guards are trained and capable. The facilitator lead, online and video instruction is a combination of proprietary materials, commercially available materials and materials developed by the United States Department of Homeland Security.

CANINE SAFETY SERVICES

In addition to our security officer services, we also offer a specialized canine division. Our canine teams consist of highly trained security officers paired with licensed and trained dogs.
